At Stack House Gym in Westcliff-On-Sea you will find exceptional equipment. As well as, a team of expert Personal Trainers, fitness classes, induction programmes and consultations to help you along the way.

Stack House Gym is inclusive of all fitness levels and goals!

We understand that joining a new gym can be daunting. This is why we offer all new joiners an excellent introductory programme and we make sure you feel settled in, how ever long it takes.
