At Stack House Gym in Westcliff-On-Sea you will find exceptional equipment. As well as, a team of expert Personal Trainers, fitness classes, induction programmes and consultations to help you along the way.

We understand that joining a new gym can be daunting. This is why we offer all new joiners an excellent introductory programme and we make sure you feel settled in, how ever long it takes.
If you would like to try out the gym, we can offer you a detailed gym tour to settle you in. We look forward to showing you around.

Just joined and started training here. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great selection of machines and different aspects of fitness! I have hige anxiety but people really are nice!!

Iv been training here for 3 years and have to say it’s one of the best gyms iv ever trained at. Good range of machines and a huge set of dumbbells up to 70kg. There’s always a good atmosphere and it’s rarely overcrowded. Friendly staff and very welcoming.

We love this gym. Best in Southend. The whole set up is great. Staff are so friendly, the spirit of the place is great. If you are looking for a seriously good gym with serious people, who come there to train hard, this is the place.
