At Stack House Westcliff, our classes are structured, friendly and suitable for all fitness levels. You’ll be guided by experienced coaches who make sure you feel comfortable, supported and challenged at the right level for you.

How to join a class.
Getting started takes 60 seconds
Step 1:
Pick your class - Browse our timetable and choose a session that works for you. HIIT, Boxing, Yoga, Strength, HYROX — something for every goal.
Step 2:
Book & pay online - Secure your spot in seconds. Drop-in sessions from just £6. No membership required for the ultimate flexibility.
Step 3:
Walk in with confidence - Meet your coach who will run you through the session and make sure you're looked after from the moment you arrive. No experience needed.
Performance & Conditioning
Inspired by functional training, these sessions blend strength and cardio to help you feel fitter, stronger and confident - Hybrid and Strength & Conditioning classes.
Boxing Fitness
A fun, empowering workout combining boxing drills and conditioning.
Improve fitness, build confidence and let off steam in a supportive environment.
Women-Only Classes
A comfortable environment where women can train with confidence.
Taking place in the morning and evening!
HYROX
HYROX combines running with functional workout stations. You don’t need to be competing in HYROX to enjoy the training. These are fun, friendly classes to help you get fitter and stronger.
Yoga &
Mobility
Slow down, stretch out and move better. These sessions focus on flexibility, recovery and improving everyday movement in a calm, supportive environment.

Not at all. Our classes are open to everyone — just book and show up.

Yes. Our coaches adapt every session for all fitness levels. You'll never be left behind.

Trainers, comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. We have changing facilities on site - bring in a padlock for the lockers.

If you do need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before or risk losing your booking fee. We understand last minute emergencies do happen, you can reach us anytime via info@stackhousegym.co.uk. We aim to respond quickly, usually the same day.
