HYROX fosters a strong community, bringing together athletes of all levels. It combines running with functional workout stations: participants run 1 km, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Our classes are designed to prepare you for HYROX races — but you don’t need to compete to enjoy the training.

What to expect in our classes

  • A restorative, movement-based class designed to improve posture, flexibility, and core control. Combining strength, stability, and mindful movement, this session enhances mobility and leaves you feeling centered and strong.

  • Boxing Fitness is a high-energy workout inspired by the training styles of boxing. Combining pad work, bodyweight drills, and cardio conditioning, this class is perfect for building strength, stamina, and coordination while letting off steam. Suitable for all fitness levels, BoxFit delivers a fun, empowering session that will leave you feeling fitter, faster, and stronger.

  • Boost your endurance and strengthen your foundation with a mix of high-energy conditioning and targeted core exercises. Improve balance, stability, and total-body strength.

  • Focus on functional lifts and compound movements to build strength, power, and muscle tone across your entire body. Expect squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls for a balanced, effective session.

  • Push your limits with explosive intervals of high-intensity work and active recovery. Burn calories, build stamina, and improve overall fitness in a fast-paced, time-efficient session.

  • A dynamic mix of strength and conditioning that blends functional movements, resistance training, and endurance work for a full-body challenge. Build strength, stamina, and overall athletic performance.

  • HYROX is a fitness race for everyone — from beginners to seasoned athletes. The format is simple: a mix of running/erg work and functional workout stations that you move through at your own pace. Exercises include lunges, wall balls, sled push/pull, rows, accessory exercises and more.

  • Circuit Training is a dynamic full-body workout that keeps you moving through a series of timed exercise stations. Blending strength, cardio, and functional movements, it's designed to boost fitness, burn calories, and build endurance. With scalable exercises to suit all abilities, you can challenge yourself at your own pace while enjoying the energy of a group setting. Every class is varied, so no two workouts are ever the same!

  • Legs, Bums & Tums is a fun, low-impact workout designed to shape and strengthen your lower body and core. Focusing on key areas like your thighs, glutes, and abs, this class combines simple, effective exercises with upbeat energy to help you feel stronger, leaner, and more confident. Exercises include - squat, hip thrust, lunges, core and more! Perfect for all fitness levels but especially beginners!

  • Build confidence and strength with barbell training designed for women. Learn and perfect lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, and lunges while developing power, technique, and tone.

  • Find your balance with a mindful blend of movement and breath. Strengthen, stretch, and unwind through guided flows that enhance flexibility, focus, and wellbeing.
