HYROX TRAINING CLUB

HYROX fosters a strong community, bringing together athletes of all levels. It combines running with functional workout stations: participants run 1 km, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Our classes are designed to prepare you for HYROX races — but you don’t need to compete to enjoy the training.

Join our classes to have fun, make friends, and get fitter and stronger!

What to expect in our classes

  • HYROX is a fitness race for everyone — from beginners to seasoned athletes. The format is simple: a mix of running/erg work and functional workout stations that you move through at your own pace. Exercises include lunges, wall balls, sled push/pull, rows, accessory exercises and more.

  • Legs, Bums & Tums is a fun, low-impact workout designed to shape and strengthen your lower body and core. Focusing on key areas like your thighs, glutes, and abs, this class combines simple, effective exercises with upbeat energy to help you feel stronger, leaner, and more confident. Exercises include - squat, hip thrust, lunges, core and more! Perfect for all fitness levels but especially beginners!

  • Bootcamp is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to challenge and motivate you. Using a mix of strength, cardio, and functional exercises, each session keeps you moving, sweating, and pushing your limits in a supportive group environment. Exercises include battle rope work, box step ups/jumps, slam balls, walking lunges, erg work and more.

  • Boxing Fitness is a high-energy workout inspired by the training styles of boxing. Combining pad work, bodyweight drills, and cardio conditioning, this class is perfect for building strength, stamina, and coordination while letting off steam. Suitable for all fitness levels, BoxFit delivers a fun, empowering session that will leave you feeling fitter, faster, and stronger.

  • Circuit Training is a dynamic full-body workout that keeps you moving through a series of timed exercise stations. Blending strength, cardio, and functional movements, it's designed to boost fitness, burn calories, and build endurance. With scalable exercises to suit all abilities, you can challenge yourself at your own pace while enjoying the energy of a group setting. Every class is varied, so no two workouts are ever the same!
