At Stack House Rayleigh, our classes are structured, friendly and suitable for all fitness levels. You’ll be guided by experienced coaches who make sure you feel comfortable, supported and challenged at the right level for you.

Higher-energy sessions designed to improve stamina and leave you feeling accomplished.
HYROX fosters a strong community, bringing together athletes of all levels. It combines running with functional workout stations: participants run 1 km, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times.
Our classes are designed to prepare you for HYROX races — but you don’t need to compete to enjoy the training.
