I’ve been a certified personal trainer since 2021, specialising in fat loss, muscle development, bodybuilding, injury rehabilitation, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching. My goal is to help you become the healthiest version of yourself and develop lifestyle changes that ensure long-term results!

Fitness has been a passion my whole life, and I became interested in weightlifting after 3 years competing in AU kickboxing at university. I fell in love with getting stronger and seeing my physique change, and that passion has not only turned into a personal training career but has also allowed me to compete in the UKDFBA Southern Counties Bikini Bodybuilding show, with goals to compete in Wellness in 2024.
