Bio

I have been working in the fitness industry for 6 years and have been a personal trainer for 4 years. Within this time, I have enjoyed helping people achieve their fitness goals through specific in-depth training and programming. I am passionate about teaching people to move and feel better when training, which includes a massive emphasis on correct form and training movements to avoid and rehabilitate injuries. I believe age is just a number and that there is no reason a 70/80 year old cannot perform the same exercises as a 20 year old by using proper technique and being realistic to an individual’s ability, this includes SQUATS and DEADLIFTS!

I am a big advocate on using a mixture of functional training, Olympic lifting movements, mobility & stability training, bodybuilding & strength training and sports specific training (for athletes) to help clients to achieve their goals, gain strength and increase confidence as I believe these components of fitness are well rounded and essential to training and a better quality of life.
