Bio

I have been working in the fitness industry since 2014 and have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2016. Within this time, I have enjoyed helping people achieve their fitness goals through specific in-depth training and programming.

I am passionate about teaching people to move and feel better with training, which includes a massive emphasis on correct form and training movements to avoid and rehabilitate injuries as well as providing an intense workout. I believe that being realistic of one’s abilities and limitations and no matter your age there is no reason why someone can’t perform any given exercise or adaptation using proper form and good technique.

I am a big advocate on using a mixture of functional training, Olympic lifting movements, mobility & stability training, bodybuilding & strength training and sports specific training to help clients to achieve their goals, gain strength and increase their confidence as I believe that these components of fitness are well rounded and are essential to training and a better quality of life.
