Classes must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. To get booked on to the classes, please contact us by either phone, email or in person. All classes are free for members (except where stated) and £5 for non members.

Functional HIIT/Circuits

An innovative class that combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has lead to the development of varied 45 minute workout experiences. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever-popular fun class. These high repetition routines will put your legs, bottom and stomach through their paces en route to strengthening and toning these problem areas.

Mobility Workshop

We need mobility to get the most out of our training. In this workshop, you will be taken through a series of mobility drills which will explore, improve and control your range of movement. You will also get hands on with practicing how to integrate these drills into your workouts to encourage greater extensibility of muscles when training.

Bootcamp

Derived from the principles of military training, this fun and challenging class uses a combination of functional training and circuits, giving you a full body work out to improve; agility, flexibility and endurance, all whilst burning fat.

Strongman Workshop

Note: Paid Class £10

Learn the Ins and Outs of Strongman Training that strongman competitors use to develop incredible strength and resilience. Each workshop is tailored to 3 specific events covering technique and programming.

Location: Gym Floor

1st Sunday of every month: 11:00 – 13:00 (Dom Crane – pictured)

Yoga

Note: Paid Class £3 for members, £5 for non members

Suitable for all ages and all abilities. This Yoga class will strengthen, stretch and improved your posture, as well as enhance your holistic well-being. Each class will teach you effective breathing techniques whilst you navigate your way through the motions of each yoga movement.
