I have worked in the fitness industry as a PT and strength coach for over 15 years and have been drawn to the world of physical culture and strength sports for as long as I can remember. It is truly my passion and helping others realise and achieve the endless value in becoming strong, fit and capable, my mission.

I believe that some form of physical training is essential for everyone and should be a regular part of our lives, to enhance our lives and thrive, not merely survive. Physical training is a celebration of what the human body is capable of, not just a punishment for excess.

I have a background being involved and competing in a variety of sports from a young age through to adulthood, including gymnastics, rugby, judo, freestyle wrestling and strongman.
