Bio

Matt began his fitness career following 10 years of playing football with Muay Thai and MMA as a hobby, focusing on sports conditioning for martial arts. This then evolved into a love for strength, powerlifting and bodybuilding training. After powerlifting for 5 years Matt then moved into Bodybuilding. Through personal training and also managing a gym he has amassed a vast experience in programming, exercise execution & nutritional planning. Matt loves to train people of any experience level, all he asks is the trust in his process & a positive, hard working attitude.
