I’m a Personal Trainer with over 13 years of hands-on experience in strength and physique development. As a National Champion Armwrestler and former Men’s Physique competitor, I know exactly what it takes to build real strength, muscle, and performance at a high level.
I specialise in bodybuilding and calisthenics, with a strong focus on weighted dips and pull-ups to develop serious upper body strength, muscle definition, and functional power. My coaching is built on proven methods — not just theory, but personal experience competing at elite level.
