I’ve spent the last 20 odd years helping people become stronger, faster, and more confident in their bodies and I still love it as much as I did on day one.
My coaching focuses on HYROX athletes and runners who want to train properly, fuel intelligently, and perform at their best without burning out in the process. I know first hand how demanding hybrid training can be, and I believe you shouldn’t have to choose between strength, endurance, and feeling good in your own body.
As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Running Coach, HYROX Coach, Group Training Coach, Nutritionist, and Hormone Coach, I take a whole-body approach to performance. Training plans matter but so does recovery, stress management, nutrition, and hormonal health.
