Train like an athlete is a performance-orientated workout which helps people ‘train like an athlete’. This session enforces a playful, fun, athletic workout designed to improve balance, stability and co-ordination.

Legs, Bums & Tums
Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever-popular fun class. These high repetition routines will put your legs, bottom and stomach through their paces en route to strengthening and toning these problem areas.

Caveman Circuit
Caveman Circuits, are short, fast paced, high intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat. Walk in, crawl out.

Legs and Core
This fun and challenging class uses a combination of functional training and circuits, giving you a full body work out to improve; agility, flexibility and endurance, all whilst burning fat.

Core
Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Walk taller, feel stronger.

Womens Circuit Class
Functional training exercises are adapted to enable you to perform every day activities without injury and more efficiently. This type of training includes the use of weights to strengthen your core, back and legs and more. Strength training will teach you the correct technique in many compound lifts under the supervision of a Personal Trainer.

Kickboxing & Boxing Fitness
This class combines interval and circuit training with conditioning. A mix of equipment based exercises and boxing. This class will keep you burning calories for longer, and get you fit, fast!

Spinning & Sprint
Suitable for all ages and all abilities. This high intensity class takes place on a stationary bike and will get you burning calories, breaking a sweat and improving your cardiovascular health, as well as, strengthening your muscles and improving your core. Enjoy the brilliant and vibrant music and disco lights to get you in the groove!
