Train like an athlete: 45minutes

Train like an athlete is a performance-orientated workout which helps people ‘train like an athlete’. This session enforces a playful, fun, athletic workout designed to improve balance, stability and co-ordination.

Bodyweight HIIT: 45minutes

No bands, no weights, no bars, just you and the gym floor for 30 minutes of high intensity training. Put your conditioning to the test with this full body workout specifically designed to get your heart racing and your muscles crying out for help.

Legs, Bums and Tums: 45minutes

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever-popular fun class. These high repetition routines will put your legs, bottom and stomach through their paces en route to strengthening and toning these problem areas.

Tabata: 30minutes

Tabata workouts, are short, fast paced, high intensity workouts completed in a short period of time that will challenge your cardiovascular capacity, put your metabolism into overdrive and rapidly burn fat. Walk in, crawl out.

High Intensity Interval Training/Circuits

An innovative class that combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. The fusion of these three training concepts has lead to the development of varied 45 minute workout experiences. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.

Bootcamp

Derived from the principles of military training, this fun and challenging class uses a combination of functional training and circuits, giving you a full body work out to improve; agility, flexibility and endurance, all whilst burning fat.

Core

Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your abdomen and back muscles while increasing your flexibility. Walk taller, feel stronger.

Shred

Based on the principles of Max Interval Training, Shred is designed to incinerate fat and calories providing the ultimate cardio-conditioning class. With high intensity exercises and minimal rest period, this challenging workout uses different bodyweight exercises which give you a results-driven experience.

**Functional and Strength Training**

This class is split into 2 x 45 minutes training components: functional and strength. Functional training exercises are adapted to enable you to perform every day activities without injury and more efficiently. This type of training includes the use of weights to strengthen your core, back and legs and more. Strength training will teach you the correct technique in many compound lifts under the supervision of a Personal Trainer.

Yoga

Note: Paid Class (£5 for members, £8 for non members)

Suitable for all ages and all abilities. This Yoga class will strengthen, stretch and improved your posture, as well as enhance your holistic well-being. Each class will teach you effective breathing techniques whilst you navigate your way through the motions of each yoga movement.
