Chicken Breast 87g
Soy Sauce 1tsp
1) Preheat the oven to 200’c. Mix soy sauce and honey together and season with a pinch of pepper. Marinate the chicken in the sauce and let sit for 5 minutes (or longer if you prep ahead of time).
2) Create foil parcels for your chicken and bake for 30 minutes.
3) Lightly drizzle broccoli and asparagus with olive oil and place on a roasting tray. Roast for 10 minutes in the same oven as the chicken.
4) Boil or steam the rice and once cooked, serve with the chicken and vegetables. For more flavour to the rice, why not add Jasmine tea infused water to the rice.
